Security & data handling

Built for reviewable AI notes and practical data control

Telli.sh turns audio into transcripts, translations, and summaries. This page explains how the product handles that data in the normal user workflow.

Review before sharing

Raw transcripts remain available beside refined summaries so users can verify important decisions before they share or reuse AI output.

Encrypt service data

Application traffic uses HTTPS, and stored notes, transcripts, audio references, and account data are handled through encrypted infrastructure.

Keep account-level controls

Users can delete notes, request account deletion, and export personal data from settings or through privacy support workflows.

The data path is tied to the note workflow

Telli.sh does not need unrelated workspace data to produce a note. The core data path is audio, transcript, translation, summary, and user-selected sharing.

Billing records

Payment and tax records may be retained where required by law, even after account deletion.

Operational logs

Security and reliability logs are kept separately from note content and are retained only for operational purposes.
