Pro is now $8 and Pro+ is $10: simpler, lower Telli.sh pricing
Telli.sh paid plans came down again on July 20: Pro is $8 a month, Pro+ is $10, and yearly plans keep the 15% discount. Here is the old-versus-new table and why we rounded the numbers down.
On July 20 we changed the price of every paid Telli.sh plan. Pro went from $8.70 a month to $8. Pro+ went from $13.30 to $10. Plus stayed exactly where it was, at $5.
TL;DR:
- Pro is now $8 a month and $81.60 a year — 8% less than before.
- Pro+ is now $10 a month and $102 a year — 25% less than before.
- Plus is unchanged at $5 and $51, yearly still costs 15% less than paying monthly, and nothing was removed from any plan to pay for the cut.
This post is the receipt: the old numbers next to the new ones, why we moved them, and what did not change. If you are already on a paid plan, the short version is that your tier got cheaper and kept everything it had.
The old prices were arithmetic, not a decision
Look at what we were charging: $8.70 a month for Pro, $13.30 for Pro+, and yearly plans at $88.74 and $135.66. Those are not prices. Those are leftovers — the residue of a discount applied to a number that was itself derived from another number.
Leftover pricing has a real cost, and it is not the 70 cents. It is that the reader has to do arithmetic before they can decide anything. Is $13.30 a month a lot? You cannot tell until you round it into something you can hold in your head. A price should be a fact you carry while you think about whether the product is worth it, not one more thing to work out first.

Pro+ came down 25%, and that is the point
Rounding down was the easy part. The bigger move is at the top of the lineup: Pro+ dropped from $13.30 to $10, a 25% cut, and its yearly plan fell $33.66, from $135.66 to $102.

Here's the point. The top tier is the one people talk themselves out of. The step from Pro to Pro+ used to be $4.60 a month — more than half the price of Pro again, charged for the plan you reach for when the tier below stops being enough. That step is now $2. Whether Pro+ is right for you should come down to how much you actually record, not to whether the upgrade feels like starting a second subscription.
Pro moved less, 8%, because it was already close to where we wanted it. $8 is the number we would have picked if we had picked a number in the first place.
Yearly still saves 15%, and now you can check our work
Every yearly plan is twelve months minus 15%, exactly as before. What changed is that you can verify it without a calculator: $8 × 12 is $96, and 15% off is $81.60. $10 × 12 is $120, and 15% off is $102. Plus is $60 minus 15%, which is $51.
That is a small thing, and we think it matters. A discount you can confirm in your head is a discount you believe.
Nothing was taken away to pay for this
The fair question when a price drops is what got quieter at the same time. Here, nothing did. No feature moved up a tier, no limit came down, no plan lost a capability to justify its new number.
The free plan is untouched too: 60 minutes of Pro-grade recording, transcription, translation, and AI summaries. It runs on the same pipeline the paid tiers use, capped by minutes rather than by features, so what you try for free is what you would be paying for.

The bottom line: pricing you don't have to think about
A price tag is not a feature, but a confusing one is a bug. Telli.sh now costs $5, $8, or $10 a month, and the yearly plans are those numbers minus 15%. That is the entire structure — no decimals to decode, no cliff at the top of the lineup, nothing removed on the way down.
If the subscription price was the reason your recordings were still going somewhere else, that reason just got $0.70 to $3.30 a month smaller.
